Child care will be provided for all Sunday morning services and on most Wednesday evenings during the school year (exceptions will be noted in the weekly Update and the Voice newsletter). Child care will also be provided for other church-wide activities as needed, with the following guidelines: When planning an event, please give advance notice of child care needs of at least ten days. When possible, provide a list of children needing care, including ages. Otherwise, have parents call the Children's Director at the church office, extension 14. When making individual reservations for child care, please call at least two days in advance with the following information: child(ren)'s name(s), age(s), and any special considerations or needs. Please notify the Children's Director as soon as possible of any cancellations, to avoid unnecessary charges to our child care budget. Note: Child care can also be provided for small group meetings or events at Trinity, when the group pays the workers' hourly salary.
